The booking of your journey can be made by phone and e-mail or in the office of Odysseia-IN. If you made an enquiry from Monday to Friday you will receive an answer within 24 hours. In case you are looking for a tailor made journey, we will need to know your requirements and specific needs and will normally need 2 or 3 days to put up an itinerary for you.
1.2. Odysseia-IN requires a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost in order to make a provisional reservation or full payment in case of late bookings /less than 20 days prior to departure/
1.3 Odysseia-IN confirm availability and book all your accommodation and options, then send you final confirmation as soon as everything is confirmed Odysseia-IN confirm availability and arrange all additional services and then send you a final confirmation.
1.4. After everything is confirmed the client and Odysseia-IN sign a contract containing all travel details.
